What is Reiki?

Reiki is a form of alternative therapy that involves the transfer of energy to promote healing and relaxation.

Can Reiki be practiced in the workplace?

Yes, of course! So long as it doesn't interfere with the usual running's or violate any work place policies.

How can Reiki and the work place be connected?

Reiki can be integrated into the work place through group or one - to - one sessions, depending on the available space.

It is important to respect your co workers boundaries and beliefs, so only offer Reiki to those who are open and interested in the practice.

 

 

Reiki

Group Sessions 

Can be provided for a maximum of 10 people - you can book multiple group sessions throughout the day.

Priced at £10 per person - A minimum of 10 is required to book.

One - to - one 

These sessions are available alongside group sessions for those that like a little more privacy or as a stand alone service if space is an issue. 

Priced at £25 per person, a minimum of 4 is required to book as a stand alone treatment.

Yoga mats, knee bolsters, blankets and eye pillows are all provided, if anyone wishes to bring a pillow for under their head for additional comfort, please feel free!
