Group Healing Experiences

All group sessions are held in Hampton and are designed to support regulation, release and reconnection in a safely held container.

Spaces are limited intentionally.

What I Offer

Each session is professionally facilitated and trauma aware.

All upcoming events, availability and ticket purchases are hosted via Eventbrite.

All equipment provided ( feel free to bring a cushion for your head if you wish for extra comfort)
Wear comfortable clothing
Time for integration
Spaces must be booked in advance

A small curated selection on crystals, cleansing tools, and ritual items will be available at each event.
